This is a specialized piece of equipment used for Stellar Cranes. It is used and being sold as is. I live in a rural area and found this on the gravel road several months ago. I assume it fell off a work truck so I used Facebook to post looking for the owner. With the help of a law enforcement officer in the county, we looked for the owner but had no luck. That being said, I have no way to test this transmitter as I dont own a crane, however it does seem to light up when turned on, and all the toggles move freely as they should, the trigger and the stop button moves as it should. I honestly believe it to be in good working condition as what I can tell seems to be fine.
As shown in the picture the handle is cracked and it does have normal wear and scuff marks.
