New, but with no tags. This soft, off-white long pea style coat has two pockets, And two buttons in the front. I bought this in Amsterdam, and when I got home, realized it fits more like an XL than an L. Measurements are in the pictures. The back measures 40 inches in length from the seam at the neck to the hem.
